The approach

More than one technique.

Every session is adapted to the person in front of me. Rather than working only where discomfort is felt, I look at how different areas of the body relate to one another and how the whole system is responding.

Cranial at Heal Point
01

Cranial

Gentle, subtle work with the head, neck and sacrum, recognising their relationship with the rest of the body. The approach uses light touch to support mobility, ease and overall balance.

Visceral & Structural at Heal Point
02

Visceral & Structural

Gentle hands-on work exploring the relationships between the internal structures, fascia, joints and musculoskeletal system. The focus is on mobility and how restrictions in one area may influence the body as a whole.

Body & Nervous System at Heal Point
03

Body & Nervous System

Body-oriented work that recognises the relationship between physical tension, stress and the nervous system. Gentle touch and body awareness support relaxation, regulation and a greater sense of ease in the body.

Biodynamic at Heal Point
04

Biodynamic

A subtle, listening-based approach that follows the body’s inherent motion and rhythms rather than imposing change. The practitioner works with stillness and gentle contact, allowing the body’s own processes to guide the session.

Myofascial Release at Heal Point
05

Myofascial Release

Gentle, sustained work with the fascia and soft tissues, addressing areas of restriction and tension. The focus is on restoring ease and mobility while considering how different areas of the body influence one another.

Facial & Aesthetic Bodywork at Heal Point
06

Facial & Aesthetic Bodywork

A whole-body approach combining myofascial, lymphatic and gentle manual techniques. The face is considered in relation to the jaw, neck, posture and the rest of the body, supporting mobility, natural drainage and a relaxed, refreshed appearance.

A WHOLE-BODY APPROACH

The body works as a connected whole.

Rather than focusing only on the area of discomfort, I look at how different areas of the body relate to one another. Sessions may integrate structural, cranial, visceral and biodynamic techniques within a gentle, body-oriented approach, with attention to patterns of tension, adaptation and nervous system response.

Every session is different.

I don’t follow the same protocol for every person. Through observation, palpation and gentle hands-on work, each session is adapted to what feels most relevant in your body that day.

What clients say

Experiences after Heal Point sessions.

“I came to Nadya because of pain and stiffness in my neck and shoulders. I’d had the tension for quite a while and wanted to see if bodywork could help.

What I really liked was that Nadya didn’t just focus on the painful area. She worked very gently with my whole body and also helped me look at the tension from a psychosomatic perspective, including how stress and emotions might be connected to what I was feeling physically.

At some point during the session I could actually feel my neck and shoulders letting go. Afterwards I felt lighter, more relaxed and much more comfortable in my body.

Nadya is very attentive and easy to trust. I’d definitely come back.”

Client · Singapore

“Nadya is highly perceptive, a good listener and takes a truly holistic approach. I had only one in-person consultation, and over approximately three weeks I noticed meaningful improvements. Before the session, I was unable to sleep on my left shoulder; now I can do so comfortably.

Her approach is calm, compassionate and respectful, integrating hands-on biodynamic and osteopathic techniques with attention to the body as a whole.”

Client · Lisbon

“After the session, I started noticing my body differently. I felt as though everything had reset. Breathing became easier and the load felt more evenly distributed throughout my body.

Later I noticed even more changes. I found myself breathing more fully through my abdomen and chest, my body felt different, and I felt better overall. What surprised me most was how this affected the way I carried myself. I began to experience more softness and ease.”

Client · Singapore

“I came to the session feeling low in energy and with significant tension around my jaw. Nadya worked very gently, not only with the area of tension but with my body as a whole.

After the session, I felt a noticeable shift. I felt lighter, more open and more energised. What surprised me most was the change in my overall state. I simply felt really good, and there was a sense of joy inside.”

After your session

Give your body time to settle.

Stay hydrated. Drink water regularly throughout the rest of the day.

Allow time to rest. If possible, avoid very intense physical activity immediately after your session and take it easy for the rest of the day.

Give yourself time. After a session, you may feel deeply relaxed, lighter or more at ease in your body. Some people feel sleepy and prefer to rest, while others notice more energy or freedom of movement. Everyone responds differently, so simply give yourself a little time to notice how you feel.

Nadya, Integrative Bodywork Practitioner at Heal Point
About

Nadya · Integrative Bodywork Practitioner

I work with the body as a whole, listening through touch and supporting its natural ability to restore balance.

I believe the body has an innate capacity for self-regulation, adaptation and restoration. My role is not to force change, but to create the conditions that allow these natural processes to unfold.

Through gentle, attentive touch, I listen to the body as a whole, noticing patterns of tension and restriction, as well as connections between structure, internal systems, the nervous system and emotional experience.

Rather than simply working where discomfort is felt, I follow what the body shows me in each session. This allows each session to be responsive and guided by what is most relevant in that moment.

My approach is rooted in the Osteopractika method and my training at Alexander Smirnov’s School of Practical Osteopathy.

I don’t fix the body. I listen to it, support it and create space for change.
